Eloisa R Medina was the only candidate filing for the Uvalde City Council District 3 which had been deemed vacant by the Uvalde City Council. The seat was previously held by Pete Arredondo.
After Tuesday’s Uvalde City Council Meeting, The Uvalde Hesperian sat down with the Uvalde Hesperian and spoke about her new position on the Uvalde City Council.
