A load of pipe hauled on a trailer spilled the load onto Hwy 90 east of Knippa Friday afternoon, March 27th according to Uvalde County Sheriff Ruben Nolasco.
Dispatch received the initial call at approximately 2:47PM.
“Road closure was at approximately 5:33p – 7:50p traffic was reduced to one lane when permitted during that time span,” Nolasco said.
