Constantine “Con” Mims, City Council District 4 and Donald “Mac” McLaughlin III District 2 will be sworn in to serve at tonight’s Uvalde City Council meeting at 6PM at City Hall.
Councilman Ernest “Chip” King was elected at the last City Council meeting to serve as Mayor Pro-Tempore.
