Smoothie King franchisee to open its third location with Grand Opening slated for Monday, December 4th

Uvalde, Texas: Over the course of the last six months, SkyWay Entertainment has been busy planning and building their Smoothie King Uvalde unit, located right next door to The Local Fix restaurant on East Main Street. The official grand opening date is for Monday, December 4th. More information closer to that time can be found on the Smoothie King Uvalde Facebook page, which will also disseminate job opening information for interested candidates.
SkyWay Entertainment joined the Smoothie King family in late 2022 and have enjoyed the fun and healthy-minded community that the brand is known for. SkyWay Entertainment is incredibly excited to spread the Smoothie King brand to our region of Texas with opening their third location this year. The first location in Eagle Pass opened in April 2023 and second in Del Rio in August 2023. Other currently planned locations include Castroville and San Antonio.

Currently operating with over 65 employees in the Southwest Texas area, SkyWay Entertainment is the parent company of: Hangar6 Air Café, The Local Fix, Broadway830, Rexall Soda Fountain, Sweet Life Candies and Games, and proud new Franchisee owner of Smoothie King locations in Eagle Pass, Del Rio, and Uvalde. SkyWay Entertainment was incorporated on October 21, 2015 by husband/wife team, Mark Huffstutler and Kimberly Fulton-Huffstutler. They saw a need in our area for a broader variety of eateries and quickly established multiple restaurant brands that have become local favorites and popular tourist attractions. SkyWay Entertainment is dedicated to providing a unique and enjoyable eating experience and prides itself on being locally-owned and operated. They are grateful to be able to support our local area and its residents in a variety of ways and have plans to continue these efforts in the future as they grow and expand their reach even more.
