Hundreds attended the Uvalde Police Department’s National Night out Tuesday night featuring games and activities sponsored by local businesses and organizations.
Texas DPS, Southwest Texas College, the Uvalde Chamber of Commerce, TXN Bank, Lyte Fiber the Briscoe Animal Resource Center BARC and the Uvalde Southwest Texas Neighborhood Association as well as Uvalde Memorial Hospital were several of many organizations who came out and engaged the crowd of parents and many children.
Door prizes were drawn as well as candy and free specialty items were some of the hot draws.
