Uvalde County Clerk Donna Williams reported to the Uvalde County Commissioners Court on Monday, September 22nd, 2025 on an archival project involving the preservation of probate records as well as military service records (DD214) of veterans who served.
The effort Williams and her staff used to preserve decades of records utilizing the Kofile system.
During her presentation, Willams honored long-time Uvalde County Clerk Lucille Hutcherson with a dedication. She alsoi dedicated the first probate archive volume to Uvalde County Judge William “l” Mitchell.
A representative for area veterans accepted recognition and honors for the military service archives.
