Under no circumstances would the Uvalde High School Class of 2024 Graduation Night lose any of its pomp.

Both the home and visitor stands at the Honey Bowl were brimming with excited friends and family members were waiting to see their child reach the important milestone of earning his/her high school diploma.

Uvalde CISD Superintendent Ashley Chohlis would be the first to speak, congratulating the class of 2024 on a job well done followed by the Salutatorian Address given by Jaime E. Martinez Jr. followed by Rielly A Mize’s Valedictorian speech.

As each student would walk up to the stage and be handed their respective diplomas, Parents, family and friends would often be heard from the stands cheering, clapping and holding congratulatory signs.

It would be the last night the entire Class of 2024 would be together before each one would walk a different path starting the next chapter of their lives.
