City of Uvalde Temporary Municipal Court Judge Cynthia Casburn swears in Ernest Santos to the City Council District 1 Seat at Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, Santos was accompanied by his wife and family members for the ceremony. Following the ceremony, Santos took a seat and served as councilman at his first meeting.
