San Antonio, TX – A seventh generation Texan, rancher, mother, and grandmother, Susan Storey Rubio has officially launched her campaign to challenge Tony Gonzales.
“I have spent my entire life in this district – raising a family, running a business, and working the land,” said Rubio. “The people of our community are hardworking, resilient, and conservative. It’s time we have a representative in Washington D.C. who will fight for our values.”
“Tony Gonzales is a spineless moderate who didn’t do a thing to stand up to Joe Biden and the Democrats and hasn’t lifted a finger to help President Trump,” Rubio continued. “He has impeded border security measures that our community desperately needed, allowing the cartels, dangerous criminals, and drugs to flow into the district. Texans are tired of empty promises. I am running to bring principled, conservative leadership to the halls of Congress and real results to my community.”
