our culinary team. With over 30 years of experience in the industry and a passion for
innovative cuisine, Chef Wilson brings a fresh perspective and creativity that will elevate our
dining experience.

Chef Wilson has honed his craft at Eat’s Port A, Billy Joe’s Craft House, Black Sheep Soul,
where he garnered acclaim for his unique approach to Southern Gourmet and Soul Food
Cuisine. His dedication to using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices aligns
perfectly with our commitment to providing high-quality, delicious meals to our guests.
