The Uvalde CISD Board of Trustees will hold two meetings tonight.
A special informational meeting will be held at 5:30 PM on the Voter Approved Tax Rate Election referred to as VARTE,
Following the special meeting, the board will hold its regular October meeting starting at 6PM. Both meetings will be held at the Benson Board Room located at 501 Dean Street.

The following agenda items are included for consideration and action at tonight’s meeting:
A. Item of information regarding Intruder Detection Audit at UDLA.
B. Item of information regarding safety and security with regard to the UCISD Student Code of Conduct with regard to backpacks and not allowing toy guns or plastic guns.
C. Consider approval of the 2024-2025 School Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) members.
