Annual National Night Out events to be held in Uvalde and Knippa tonight

Uvalde and Knippa communities will be holding National Night Out events tonight with local Law Enforcement agencies and first responders in attendence.

The Uvalde National Night Out events will be held at El Jardin de los Heroes Park in Uvalde from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and the Knippa event will be held at the Knippa ISD campus from 6:30PM to 8 PM.

The Uvalde Police Department posted the following information on it’s Facebook Page:

Join us on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 6 PM to 8 PM at El Jardin De Los Heroes Park (801 W. Main Street) for Uvalde’s National Night Out!
What to Expect:
– Fun for the whole family with music, games, and food
– Community resources and information
– A chance to meet and connect with your neighbors and local law enforcement
National Night Out is all about building a stronger, safer, and more caring community through partnerships and camaraderie.
