Uvalde County Commissioners will be meeting tomorrow, Monday, August 12th, at 10 AM on the third floor of the Uvalde County Courthouse to consider and act on a slate of agenda items including
a public hearing regarding creation of Uvalde County Emergency Services District #3 pursuant to Health and Safety Code 77 5. Following this hearing, the Court will act upon petition to create ESD #3, grant petition and call an election.
Additionally, this meeting is designated for a final presentation of final 2024-2025 Uvalde County budget draft.
Other agenda items the Court will consider and take action on include a presentation of No-New-Revenue Tax Rate and Voter Approval Tax Rate
The Court may take action to amendment to Commissioners Court rules of procedures
Commissioners will also vote on the sale of surplus county property at a public auction.
