Will the recent Texas Hill Country rains bring a rise on the Frio and other Uvalde County Rivers?

The National Weather Service office of Austin/San Antonio posted the following report on its X account:

Rain continues across the Hill Country, with some Flash Flood Warnings ongoing. Scattered showers and storms have developed along and east of the I-35 corridor, with pockets of heavy rainfall. Be alert for flooded low water crossings this afternoon…Turn Around, Don’t Drown!

Will the rain in the headwaters north of Uvalde County in the Texas Hill Country bring a rise to the Frio, Nueces  and Sabinal Rivers?
