Press Release from El Progreso Memorial Library
We are excited to announce that we will be celebrating El Progreso Memorial Library’s 20th anniversary in our current building on July 31st.
This special occasion coincides with the finale of our Summer Reading Program, making it a day filled with joy and community spirit.
In addition to these celebrations, we will also be kicking off our groundbreaking ceremony and Capital Campaign efforts. This significant milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for our beloved library, and we would be honored to have you join us as each one of you is a piece of our story!
We are thrilled to share that Chair, Shelly Lowe, and Chief of Staff, Kelsey Coates, from the National Endowment for the Humanities will be attending. Additionally, Eric Lupfer, Director of Humanities Texas, and several other special guests will be present.
We truly hope that you can join us for this momentous occasion. Please find the official invitation attached, and kindly RSVP using the link below.
Feel free to share this as you see fit. We would love to have you, your families, friends and staff join us!
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
