A violent altercation on the Frio River behind a house located on River Road between Hippie Chics and the Kenneth Arthur Crossing left a person without an eye Saturday evening, July 1st at about 5:30 PM.
” I heard all this shouting,” a homeowner who was nearby said. “So I went to the back over there. Then the girl was already calling,”
She went on to say his eye looked terrible and there was blood everywhere.Uvalde DPS, Concan EMS, Texas Game Wardens and the Concan Fire Department were on the scene with Texas DPS units seen on the driveway leading to a house by the River Road.
The Uvalde Hesperian is still investigating this story.
