Christmas Eve Bailout leads to gunshots heard and suspects fleeing into brushy area near Fort Clark Springs
The Texas Department of Public Safety issued this update on the status of the Christmas Eve search of armed suspects near Brackettville:
“They stopped search at approximately 7pm that day. Two handguns were located at the scene. One handgun was located a couple feet south of the vehicle, and the second one a couple feet north of the vehicle. The Texas Rangers Division will continue the investigation. The arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing.”
