LAREDO- THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
“LAREDO- THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY (DPS) is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on December 8, 2022 at approximately 6:00 am in the City of Uvalde. Preliminary investigation revealed the driver of a gray Toyota van was evading law enforcement on US 90 traveling east from Brackettville towards Uvalde. The Toyota van while evading, crashed into a tree located on Garden and Park Street. The driver sustained serious bodily injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene. DPS Troopers are further investigating this fatal crash,” officials from Texas DPS report.

“Active Scene: Park and Garden St.
Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating an accident at the intersection of S. Park St. and W. Garden St. The depicted car was involved in a pursuit that ended in a crash.
Uvalde Volunteer Fire Department”
