New Community Christmas Tree and Santa’s Wonderland event brings Christmas joy to Uvalde

“The Christmas tree is filled with beautiful LED lights, ornaments and homemade Angels for the perfect touch to bring in the holiday season,” said Belinda Benavidez, the Director  of D’Corazon Marketing.

At 6 PM, a brand new Christmas tree was illuminated outside of the Ssgt. Willie de Leon Civic Center, Saturday, November 26th.

The Christmas tree and the Santa’s Wonderland event was  sponsored by Davis Law Firm and decorated with love from D’Corazon Marketing of San Antonio, Belinda Benavidez Director.

“Thanks to all our sponsors, University Health Foundation of San Antonio, Community First Health Plans of San Antonio, HEB Uvalde, CARRS Air Conditioning of Corpus Christi and Home Depot of San Antonio.

We had a fantastic day at Santa’s Wonderland, Main St., Uvalde with all our Vendors and “Angel” partners. Thank you to Vanessa Croix from KENS 5 & Kens5.com for being our Emcee.

You guys, Santa’s Mom made all the Angels in the tree and the Angel Teachers a top of the tree. When I say, this event was a “labor of love” we mean it from the bottom of our hearts. (Santa just walked in and needs to soak her feet.) Lol. More photos soon.

Thank you J-Star Ministries, Inc. all the way from Houston, Red Cross Hillcountry, Canines for Christ San Antonio, Grupo Folklórico de Bendiciones San Antonio, Uvalde Color Guard, Pancho Claus from New Braunfels, Ghostbusters San Antonio, Batman (SA) and of course  SANTA CLAUS!” Benavides said.
