New travel center offers more convenience store options for locals and visitors
After several months of construction on the lot across from the Walmart Super Center located at the corner of Highway 90 and Ham Lane, the Tex Best Travel Center opened its doors to customers on Thursday, September 29th.
According to the company’s website it reads, “LLI El Tigre Foodstores and Tex Best Travel Centers is a Family Owned Business based in Edinburg Texas. For over 30 years, the company’s guiding principles have been to provide our customers with the best retail convenience and travel center experience possible. On the Tex Best Facebook Page a post reads, “WE ARE OPEN UVALDE TEXAS!!!! We are excited and proud to be a part of the Uvalde community!!!! Come visit us! Take pictures and tag us!!! ”

The restroom at this location are a disaster men’s & woman’s they always smell & they are never clean this store looks like the Stripe’s from down the street. That is sad because it’s a new buildings.
