Electrical breaker box explodes in Downtown Uvalde causing parts of Nopal and North Getty are closed to traffic

  A witness on the scene told the Uvalde Hesperian  a “pop- pop” sound was heard and police responded to the Rexall Soda Fountain first before discovering the breaker box fire. North Getty from Main Street and Nopal street were closed to traffic as emergency responders arrived to address the situation.
