Mid afternoon rain clouds bring scattered showers and much needed rain to Uvalde and the surrounding area. At one local business in town the the staff ran outside and rejoiced as the light showers started falling bringing a back that sweet smelling “rain smell” to residents of Uvalde. Scattered showers brought varying amounts of rain to the Texas Hill Country as well as nearby towns like Sabinal.
